1.1 All orders can be canceled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, please contact us.
1.2. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be canceled.
2. Refunds
2.2. You can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
you do not receive them within the guaranteed time (60 days not including 2-7 day processing)
you receive the wrong/damaged item(s)
2.3 We do not issue the refund if:
your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address, etc.)
your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster, delayed by the shipping company, etc.)
you refused to pay any government fees (customs, imports, etc.)
2.4 The buyer is responsible for paying any customs, import fees, or taxes that may be assessed when an item is shipped. Paid Taxes and Fees (Shipping fees, Return fees, Customs fees, etc.) will not be refunded.
3. Returns
3.1 Return policy
Item(s) must be returned within 5 days of delivery
Item(s) must be unused
Item(s) must be undamaged
Item(s) must have all tags attached and be in the original packaging
Item(s) must be returned to our returns center.
3.2 Non-returnable products
Only a few types of goods cannot be returned. These include intimate or sanitary goods, as well as any goods that have been used or damaged. If you are unsure whether or not you can return an item, please contact our customer service team for assistance

4.1 Do you offer free returns?
Unfortunately, we do not offer free returns, but there are some types of products that can be returned for the cost of the manufacturer. Please contact us for more details about your case.
4.2 How long does it take to process my return?
We aim to process your return as soon as possible, but it may take up to 21 days for your refund to be processed after you have returned your item(s) to us. If you have not been refunded after 30 days of returning the item(s), please contact us.
4.3. How can I track the status of my return?
As soon as your return has been received by our warehouse team you will receive an email notification. You will then also receive an email from us to say your refund has been processed. Please note it can take 3-5 working days for the payment to show in your account, depending on the card issuer.
